 Intellectual Property, Patents and Licenses Administration Department was established in 2003. Our department carries out a wide range of work on national and international protection of intellectual property rights.
- We collaborate with patent solicitors from many states that allows us to represent our clients all over the world.
- Head of the Department is Tatyana Igorevna Krakhmalyova, a Ukrainian patent solicitor (Registration #260). T. I. Krakhmalyova has got professional education in the field of IP management. She has obtained a Master's degree of Engineering in the field of “rocket-and-space vehicles engines”. She has experience in registration of both domestic and foreign claimers' intellectual property rights. The department has specialists in various fields of science and technology. We can help you to decide all issues referring to patenting and commercialization of industrial property – inventions, design inventions, useful models, and registration of trademarks in Ukraine and abroad.
